For Time and Attendance data collection, MICRONTEL has designed MICRON, the solution that provides detailed and efficient information for the management of Human Resources.
MICRON is composed of hardware controllers and readers, a data acquisition system and a Web-based Time Attendance software.
MICRON manages all the time related activities of the personnel: collection of the transactions gathered with parametrical pattern, correction of anomalies, data elaboration, customizable prints through reports and statistics. The results can be interfaced with any kind of payroll software.
MICRON also handles the management of company canteens by means of controllers and modules aimed at supervising the meals reservations and consummations, with automatic charge on the employees’ paychecks.
MICRON, through the INFOPOINT WEB system, optimizes the activities of the HR area, by enabling selected users to display useful information via Web (present and absent people lists, transactions, personal data, hour ranges…), and allowing the Head of Departments to manage remotely the justifications. INFOPOINT WEB enhances and improves the communication between users and company Managers: an e-mail generator sends daily summary messages to each Department Manager (highlighting the requests that are waiting for confirmation) and to each user (with an e-mail with the outcome of the request).
