The consulting and training support is aimed at providing to the Customer all the necessary notions to manage, independently and since the system activation, the Microntel hardware and software solutions.
The hardware and software training courses for Users and System Managers are run by qualified technical staff and are performed directly at the Customers’ sites, with the aid of detailed documentation.
Microntel periodically organizes various training sessions, to update the Customers on the latest product releases. The new Microntel solutions are also introduced during the meetings.
